Student Expectations Form

As a Video Production student I, _____________________________________________, understand video production is a time sensitive media.  Attendance and arriving to class on time is essential for me to pass this class and is essential for the success of me and the members of my group. 

I understand the subject matter and music in my videos must be school appropriate content.  If there are any questions as to whether a topic you are choosing for a project is school appropriate, it must be approved by the teacher or administration. Failure to follow these rules could cause me to fail the assignment and/or the class.   My goal is to create portfolio-quality assignments. 

I understand I must treat the equipment with care.  Video cameras, microphones and tripods are expensive and fragile.  If I treat the equipment inappropriately, I can be held liable for the replacement of such equipment.  ______ (Student Initials here show you understand these requirements.)

I understand that my failure to abide by the policies or procedures outlined here will result in possible failure of this course of study.  ______ (Student Initials here show you understand these requirements.)
